The Rich are ….
The Rich are a Luxury we Can’t Afford is to be the lead track on the new Spaceheads EP due out in October.
The track features all the trademark Spaceheads sounds of harmonised brass loops and swirling echoed trumpet effects all created with just the Drums and Electric Trumpet.

The song opens with a pounding beat, and pulsating pitchshifted trumpet bass, before a loaded fuzz trumpet riff crashes in. This sets up a loopy bedrock for the massed ranks of the Spaceheads choir. All together now ….. sing …. “The Rich are a Luxury we can’t Afford”. This is a chant 99% of us can identify with as inequality around the world grows daily.
The EP will be released on Electric Brass Records on Nov 22nd and feature six new Spaceheads tracks, going under the title of Spaceheads Go Wild EP. You can pre-order here and get an instant download of “The Rich Are A Luxury W Can’t Afford”
